DSIP is not FDA-approved, has no identified receptor, and its human efficacy is unproven. Nothing here is medical advice or a dosing recommendation. Research-grade material carries a serious immunogenicity risk.
Active malignancy / cancer history
Contraindicated; DSIP stimulates GH/LH and is found in tumour cells.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Contraindicated; DSIP passes into breast milk and can induce involuntary infant somnolence.
Severe thyroid or adrenal disorders (e.g. Cushing's)
Avoid or monitor closely due to HPA-axis modulation.
ACE inhibitors / peptidase inhibitors (e.g. captopril)
May prolong DSIP half-life and amplify systemic potency unpredictably.
